Owners Mike and Amanda Ryan, both Anoka High School graduates started in the pavement industry in 1995 serving in the Anoka, Coon Rapids area. Since then they have seen expediential growth in all facets of the asphalt maintenance industry; residential, commercial, and snow removal. All the while expanding the reaches and capability of the business and striving to maintain their local "mom and pop" finesse. |

- Products: Not all seal coats are created equal. Our product is applied by hand with a pro-strand brush, worked back and forth into the pores of your asphalt. We will not spray driveways. Some companies believe that the same type of seal coat is okay for all driveways i.e. Coal Tar, Asphalt Emultion, Gillsonite, just to name a few. This is not true. All driveways are not created equal. Border Lines is not franchised, giving us the ability to use a product that suits the specific needs of your driveway. Our product will always be a non-tracking formula with maximum bonding additives giving you protection, and that rich, black, manicured look.
Unlike store bought materials, which can harden and loose their bond after the first freeze, Border Lines crack/joint sealant is rubber that is heated to 400 degrees and stays flexible in the winter, and lasts from one to five years in cracks 1/4 to -3/4 inches wide. Preventing water intuition alone can more than double the life of any pavement. It is important to note that the cement apron joint sealing is essential to this preventative maintenance process, skipping this step can cause very costly damage.
